*Is there a fee to submit a hiring request?*  
No. There's no fee to submit the form or for the initial Hiring Call. The placement fee, 15 to 20% of the candidate's first-year salary based on role complexity, applies only on a successful hire.

*What happens after I submit the form?*  
Every request is reviewed personally, and we follow up with a Hiring Call to confirm the role, must-haves, and timeline.
