They have not yet seen or identified a space in healthcare that looks like a good fit for someone with their specific background, their clinical experience, and the way they naturally think and work. NursingNext Co was built to close that gap. Not with blanket career advice or a standard job board, but with a niche and personalized system that identifies exactly which non-bedside nursing roles fit each nurse and what might be an ideal next career move towards career growth and in non-traditional nurse roles. --- ## The NursingNext Career Identity Framework Every nurse who comes to NursingNext is identified as one of five career types: **The Investigator** **The Systems Thinker** **The Caregiver** **The Teacher** **The Builder** The Nurse Career Identity determines which ideal roles fit, types of companies hiring for the nurse based on their identity track, and what progress in that direction could look like through Resume, LinkedIn, Job Search, and Career Strategy services. --- ## What We Offer **Sourcing** Candidates come to us through the career identity assessment, direct conversation, and referrals. **Navigator** A free, ten-minute assessment that identifies the nurse career identity, a direction that fits how the nurse thinks and works. The free resource provides real role titles for non-traditional nursing, types of companies hiring, and low risk courses worth exploring for the nurse in preparation. **Placement** Nurse candidates for employers' open role(s). **Nurse Career Strategy** 1. **Resume Rewrite-$197** One-time resume upgrade tailored to the nurse career identity track and plans towards a non-traditional nursing role. Nurses who receive this service are not active candidates in the pipeline for job placement. Nurses are never charged for job placement. 2. **Career Manager— $397/month** Full ongoing career strategy support. Resume repositioning, LinkedIn optimization, active job search strategy, and monthly accountability. No contract. Cancel anytime. Nurses in this program are not active candidates eligible for placement for NursingNext while enrolled. --- ## The Founder NursingNext Co was founded by Brienna Sylvester, RN, MSHS, CCM, a registered nurse with 11 years of cross-functional experience across case management, community health, health informatics, and program coordination. Her career sits at the intersection of technology, data, policy, and care delivery.
